Projeyi PCB olmadan L298 motor s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc kart\u0131, Arduino ve Bluetooth mod\u00fcl\u00fc ile de yapabilirsiniz. Yine de sonucu g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in internette buldu\u011fum bir tasar\u0131m\u0131 iki yar\u0131m k\u00fcre \u015feklinde basarak bir deneme \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131 ald\u0131m. Bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m iki par\u00e7a, tasar\u0131m\u0131 gere\u011fi birbirine yaln\u0131zca yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak birle\u015ftirilebiliyordu. Ger\u00e7e\u011fe uygun bir modelleme i\u00e7in BB8 g\u00f6vdesinin 6 taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ekilmi\u015f g\u00f6rselleri kulland\u0131m. D\u00fcz bir k\u00fcre modeli \u00fczerine BB8 desenlerini yerle\u015ftirdikten sonra montaj i\u00e7in gerekli k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 ekleyerek tasar\u0131m\u0131 tamamlad\u0131m ve modeli bask\u0131ya verdim. P\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fcz bir y\u00fczey elde etmek i\u00e7in bask\u0131y\u0131 destekli bir \u015fekilde ald\u0131m. Bu par\u00e7ay\u0131 da destekli \u015fekilde bast\u0131m. Burada robotun kafa k\u0131sm\u0131yla ilgili dikkat edilmesi gereken en \u00f6nemli nokta par\u00e7an\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131. Kafa k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131k\u00e7a robotun dengede durmas\u0131 imkans\u0131z hale geliyor. Dengeyi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in robotun a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k merkezinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar tabana yak\u0131n olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu y\u00fczden kafa k\u0131sm\u0131 i\u00e7in ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m 3mm kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki ilk bask\u0131 denge testini ge\u00e7emedi. Robotun i\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131 i\u00e7in robotu kontrol edecek devre kart\u0131n\u0131 ve robota g\u00fc\u00e7 verecek bataryay\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yacak par\u00e7alar tasarlad\u0131m. Ayn\u0131 zamanda robotun kafa k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n hareketini sa\u011flayacak mekanizmalara da ihtiyac\u0131m olacakt\u0131. BB8 robotunu bilenlerin g\u00f6z\u00fcnde bir \u015feyler canlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Robot hareket ettik\u00e7e kafa k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6vdeyle birlikte hareket etmemesi gerekiyor. Bunu sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in kafa k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na ve g\u00f6vdenin \u00fcst k\u0131sm\u0131na gelecek \u015fekilde m\u0131knat\u0131slar yerle\u015ftirdim. Bu sayede hem robotun g\u00f6vde ve ba\u015f k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 birle\u015ftirmi\u015f  hem de robotun kafas\u0131 i\u00e7in istedi\u011fim hareketi sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f oldum. Tasar\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda par\u00e7alar\u0131n \u00fczerinde montaj i\u00e7in gerekli delikleri b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131mdan bu a\u015fama di\u011ferlerine g\u00f6re olduk\u00e7a zahmetsizdi. Kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m motorlar\u0131n boyutuna uygun \u015fekilde tasarlanm\u0131\u015f tutucular, motorlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma esnas\u0131nda yerinden oynamas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyecek. Tutucular\u0131n deliklerini yerle\u015ftirdi\u011fim somunlar\u0131n \u00fczerine denk gelecek \u015fekilde ayarlad\u0131m. Ard\u0131ndan tutucuyu k\u0131sa vidalar kullanarak motorla birlikte yerine sabitledim. Motorlar\u0131n ani hareketi robotun denge kurmas\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131ndan bunu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak bir kod yazmam gerekiyordu.
